Just like previous years, a camp-site ticket needs to be purchased in order to stay at one of the festival’s camping facilities. Camp-site tickets cost 18 Euros (booking/shipping cost not included), regardless of the length of your stay. Camp sites will be open from Thursday 1 July till Monday 5 July in the afternoon. Please bear in mind that Werchter’s camping facilities will not be open on Wednesday evening. So there is no way for visitors to pitch their tents that evening! Rock Werchters’ camping facilities are run by local associations and not by the festival organisers.
Presale food/drinks coupons cost 2.25 Euros. During the festival, coupons cost 2.50 Euros each. Important: presale for food and drink vouchers will end on Monday, April 5th. After that, coupons can only be bought on the festival grounds.
The coupons purchased in presales are sent out in the guise of ‘food&drinks vouchers’. These vouchers come with a unique barcode. They are scanned at a coupon stall on the festival ground in order for its holder to receive the corresponding amount of coupons.
