NOFUN!

NOFUN! is a collective of eleven individuals from Los Angeles with the most diverse geographical backgrounds and a range of musical tastes. They vary from alternative rock to bedroom pop to West Coast hip hop. The list of names is telling: Cloudy Nueve, Dave Coresh, Levi Evans, Garrett Gloom, Huebline, Louie Lambo, Jonah Levine, MOTHER WATA (the only woman in the group), Swann, WADE08 and ZooDeVille. The entire world rolled into an eleven-strong team. They all have solo projects. But the whole is greater than the parts. The hip hop boy band Brockhampton - see Rock Werchter 2018 - and the collected rappers of Odd Future - see Rock Werchter 2013 - come closest in terms of reference. And the Beastie Boys - see Rock Werchter 2007 - have also audibly served as an example.
